Some dogs bring half the park home. Others need a little less fluff. We start with the dog in front of us, rather than the same treatment for everyone.

Before your
little SOSTA.

A few useful answers, whether it's your first visit or you're finding a new routine.

How do I choose a treatment?

You can start with a bath, a full groom or a little tidy-up. If you're unsure, describe your dog's coat and the finish you'd like. The treatment would be agreed after meeting your dog and assessing the work involved.

How long does an appointment take?

It depends on size, coat and treatment. There isn't one fixed duration for every dog. An estimated time and collection arrangements would be agreed before starting, allowing for any breaks they may need.

It's their first groom. What should I tell you?

It helps to know how your dog reacts to water, dryer noise, brushing and handling. Tell us about their habits, past experiences and any particular needs. We begin by getting acquainted at an easy pace.

What's included in the price?

Each service lists the work it includes. The prices shown are illustrative starting points: size, coat, tangles and finishing can change the time and work needed. Any additional cost would be discussed before starting, never first mentioned at pick-up.

My dog has tangles or dislikes brushing. Should I mention it?

Yes, include it in your enquiry. It helps us understand the coat and plan the visit. If your dog is uncomfortable, we take breaks and agree on the next step, without promising a result before meeting them.

Can I make a real booking on this website?

SOSTA is an imagined salon and this is a demonstration website. You can choose a service and prepare a sample enquiry. No message is sent and no appointment is booked.

Let's start
with a hello.

What's their name? What is their coat like? What could use a little care? A few words are a lovely place to start.
